Patients receive the benefit of full attention, so their specific concerns and goals are addressed in detail. Kathryn practices mindful mechanics, functional therapy, and her treatment is often Pilates based. She uses manual therapy to help facilitate healing, motion, and strength. Her goal is to give patients the knowledge and power to take control of their symptoms and recovery. She has particular experience in upper extremity/hand therapy, as well as lymphatic drainage techniques used to reduce swelling.
