Mizuta PT treats Medicare patients in home or retirement communities.  Our physical therapists treat many patients for gait and balance issues.  We work with fall risk patients and also any other orthopedic diagnosis. 

 

Our front office handles all insurance verification and will confirm our geriatric patients will not owe anything for physical therapy prior to scheduling.  We will fax PT notes to the patient's referring provider or primary care provider to keep him/her updated with the patient progress.
