With over seven years of experience in customer service and three years in the healthcare industry, I’m passionate about helping people feel supported, informed, and understood. Whether answering questions, solving problems, or simply being a relatable voice, I’ve always believed that true service starts with empathy and a willingness to listen.
My transition into healthcare wasn’t easy—I entered the field with no prior experience. But through intensive training, self-directed learning, and a drive to grow, I quickly adapted and found my place in an industry that aligns with my values. I’m committed to providing compassionate support while continuously expanding my knowledge to better serve others.
Outside of work, I’m a proud first-time mother. Balancing career and family life has taught me the importance of being present and intentional, both at home and professionally. My family is my greatest source of motivation and joy—they’re the reason I show up every day with purpose and dedication.
