While it is normal to experience fatigue and energy loss with increased stress at home or work, usually a good’s night sleep will reverse this issue and an individual will usually awake feeling less stressed and tired the following day. Physical Therapy and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

By definition thoracic outlet syndrome is a compression of the thoracic outlet which is a space in the front of the neck where nerves, arteries, and veins pass through on their way down the arm and to the fingers. The thoracic outlet is bordered by the T1 thoracic vertebrae in the back, the first rib, as well as the anterior scalene muscle in the front. Patients that have thoracic outlet will have a variety of symptoms depending on if the artery, nerve, or vein (or all) are being compressed.
